COBRA requires employer-sponsored group health plans to allow previously-covered employees, spouses and dependents who might otherwise lose group health care benefits to elect to continue their benefits by paying for them. At your request, we'll administer your required COBRA benefit services including:

• Notifying employees or dependents of their right to continue coverage
• Premium collection and billing for those electing to continue coverage
• Reporting designed to meet administrative and accounting needs
• Distributing Certificates of Group Health Coverage and HIPAA compliance
