Wellness Programs

POMCO's Wellness programs focus on preventive health initiatives and are tailored to the specific needs of our clients' employees. These programs can be integrated with existing health plan features, corporate wellness centers and POMCO's own Integrated Health Management program features.

Web-based Health Risk Assessment

Research shows that a majority of health care costs come from those with no diagnosable disorder or condition, so identifying and helping employees who don't feel well for whatever reason allows for improved health. Our HRA assesses much more than an individual's physical symptoms and medical conditions -- it delves even further to ask about his or her feelings, emotions and other lifestyle variables that can contribute to poor health today or somewhere in the future. HRA participants receive a printout of feedback and recommendations, which they are encouraged to share with their providers.
