Web-based Health Risk Assessment
Research shows that a majority of healthcare costs come from those with no diagnosable disorder or condition, so identifying and helping employees who don't feel well for whatever reason allows for improved health -- and more control over the bottom line. Our HRA assesses much more than an employee's physical symptoms and medical conditions -- it delves even further to ask about the individual's feelings, emotions and other lifestyle variables that could contribute to poor health today or somewhere in the future.
Using CareGuide/One Care Street's specialized health assessment and highly accurate predictive modeling, our HRA identifies the 10% to 15% of individuals in a given employee population who are likely to incur 70% to 80% of near-term (6 to 12 months) healthcare costs.
