As part of this service, we will assist you in designing and writing a dental benefits plan document and plan description. During the course of our relationship with you, POMCO will continually monitor this plan design, advise you of any opportunities, and make changes to the plan at your request. POMCO's administration of dental programs is done via our proprietary Employee Benefits Management System for enrollment, dependent tracking and advanced management reporting.

Our dental claims services include management and review of each claim, as well as verification of benefits eligibility and appropriateness of charges. In cases of complex claims issues, POMCO will facilitate a peer review with licensed dentists. After completing the claims management process, we will issue all necessary check reimbursements to dentists and employees, accompanied by a detail Explanation of Benefits.
